How returns work
We've designed our return process to be simple. No phone trees, no restocking fees, no shipping the box back at your expense.
Email Us
Send a quick note to owners@yamariGroup.com with your order number.
Get a Label
We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
Get Refunded
Once we receive your return, your refund is processed within 3-5 business days.
What's eligible
- Any unused product in original condition, returned within 30 days of delivery
- Lightly used items, if they're not damaged or showing signs of heavy wear
- Defective or damaged items (we'll cover return shipping and replace at no cost)
- Items received in error (wrong product, wrong size, missing parts)
- Products visibly damaged by misuse, drops, water, or pet damage
- Items returned beyond the 30-day window without prior approval
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days; bank transfers may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of defective items or our error.
Bought on Amazon?
Yamari Group is the verified seller on Amazon for our products. If you purchased through Amazon, please use Amazon's return system — they'll process your refund directly.
You can return any Yamari product purchased on Amazon within their 30-day return window via your Amazon Orders page.
Damaged in shipping?
If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and the item. We'll ship a replacement at no cost — no need to return the damaged item.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply request a refund for the original and place a new order — it's the fastest way to get what you actually want.
Late or missing refunds?
If you haven't received your refund 10 business days after we confirm processing, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company (it can take time to post). If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please email owners@yamariGroup.com.
